My name is Mike Salvatore. I live in Pennsylvania with my wife, dog, nine chickens, and four ducks. Currently, I work as the lead developer on Infection Monkey at Akamai.
I’m passionate about all things security and spend a lot of my spare time learning all that I can. I’ve recently begun to dabble in vulnerability research. When I’m not improving my technical knowledge, I enjoy spending time with my wife, playing the piano, baking sourdough bread, and reading science fiction and fantasy novels.
I have a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from Rutgers University and a master’s degree in cybersecurity from Johns Hopkins University.
